Absence makes the heart grow fonder...

Recently I found out that my boyfriend James, of two and a half years, is finally moving back! You don't realize how important someone is to you, until you no longer have them around.

James and I have had our share of ups and downs...you name it, I'm sure we've been through it. It took us quite some time to finally accept that we weren't going to see each other everyday...but more like every few months if we were lucky.

Now that he is finally moving back, I feel like a HUGE weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, but I can't help but wonder how life will be like now that he will be back? I'm very excited to see what the future has in store for us. After all that has happened between us, I feel like our relationship has become so much stronger (although I wouldn't ever want to to through that ever again).

Have any of you been in a long distance relationship? Tell me your story: The obstacles you came across, How you overcame these obstacles, or even your opinion of long-distance relationships in general (whether it's good or bad). I'm curious to hear what you think :)

"Soon my heart will be reunited with his and no longer will I feel the emptiness that I have felt for what has seemed like a lifetime. So many unspoken words will soon come out of these lips that have been tightly shut for so long.

My heart, your heart…will soon beat as one."

xoxo M.C.
